Present Perfect Continuous Tense:
Present Perfect Continuous Tense is used for an action that began at some time in the past and is still continuing.
Examples:
The first sentence implies that Anmol started working four hours ago and is still working. Similarly, in the second sentence, it started raining in the morning and is still continuing now. In other words, both the actions in the two examples started in the past and are continuing in the present. Therefore present perfect continuous has been used.
Present Perfect Continuous Tense : - The present perfect continuous is used -

Note : - There is sometimes very little difference between the meaning of the present perfect and the meaning od the present perfect continuous tense.
